The earliest poster we've seen where the Yardbirds received top billing is this eye-catching example from Swindon's Locarno Ballroom, which hosted Clapton and company for this July 30, 1964 gig. Printed on very thin paper, the 19" x 29.5" poster exhibits rolling creases and a creased and torn upper left corner. Estimate $2,000-$3,000.
