This large document that measures an impressive 36 X 24 is an incredibly detailed architectural blueprint that meticulously details the ‘new’ Yankee Stadium that opened in 2009. Replacing the original Yankee Stadium nicknamed the “House that Ruth Built” that opened in 1923, nicknames coined for the new Stadium that first broke ground in 2006 include “The House That Jeter Built,” and “The House That George Built.” The blueprint titled “Yankee Stadium Bronx, New York,” is dated “HOK Sport Facilities Architects, P.C., 2007.” Incredible detail is provided labeling all areas of the Stadium including locker rooms, dugouts, camera stations, bullpens, equipment rooms et al…including areas such as family waiting, kitchens and nursery. The most complete stadium blueprint and first of the new Yankee Stadium that we have seen. A must have for the most serious New York Yankees collector. Excellent to mint condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
