31st President of the United States Herbert Hoover signed the matting with this photograph of himself using a blue steel-tip pen. Hoover served one term as President from 1929 to 1933, losing his reelection campaign to Franklin D. Roosevelt. However, Hoover arguably has one of the most active post-office resumes of any former President as he helped administrations of the 1940’s and 50’s. Fair condition.
