This is Sammy Davis, Jr.'s personally owned charter membership certificate that was presented to him by the Rhode Island Black Heritage Society. This certificate comes from Sammy Davis, Jr.'s personal collection that was sold in a bankruptcy sale. Measures 13 x 17.5. Good condition with wear including some foxing and a 2" tear on the left side along the crease. Has been folded. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
