An extremely rare 1964 UK first edition copy of Charlie Watts' "Ode To A Highflying Bird". The illustrated poem is a tribute to the legendary jazz saxophonist Charlie 'Yardbird' Parker. The original seven shillings price label remains securely fixed inside. The 36 page hardback book measures 5"x7" and all pages are intact and in fine condition. There is some light wear to the front and back covers. Estimate: $700 - $800.
