Kurt Cobain's personally handwritten and drawn "Fecal Matter" cassette box insert. Completely in Kurt's hand, he has written, "fecal-matter", "Illiteracy Will Prevail", a song list and drawn an illustration in black felt tip pen on one side of the insert. On the other side he has written his name "Kurdt," with three home addresses at which he may be found and a drawing of a cate, all in pencil. The clear plastic cassette case has a sticker on it that has been partially torn off and is accompanied by an original Garbage Pail Kids card that Kurt has handwritten "Buzz" on in black sharpie pen. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
