Folk legend Woody Guthrie signed and inscribed this original 1945 "10 of Woody Guthrie's 25¢ Songs" songbook, "To Sylvia Kaplan Woody Guthrie" in black ballpoint pen. Measuring 8.5 x 10.5, this songbook contains 15 vintage mimeographed lyrics sheets with drawings that were stapled together into a songbook at the time. The young fan, Sylvia Kaplan, obtained the signed songbook at one of Woody's concerts circa 1945, can be seen in the photograph appearing here. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
