This incredible Tupac Shakur handwritten and signed archive was personally sent by Tupac to a fan, Darren Barber, from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, NY in 1995, where Tupac was incarcerated. An amazing collection featuring four individual pieces, each of which feature Tupac's signature and handwriting. The first item is a Tupac handwritten letter on 8 x 10 lined notebook paper dated Aug 21 that he has signed, "One Love 2PAC Ya' brotha' in Struggle!". In the letter, Tupac thanks Darren for his support, and urges his to "Keep studying, Keep strivin. Keep Ya Head Up!". A fantastic uplifting and supportive letter to a fan. The letter is accompanied by the original envelope it came in that is post-dated Aug. 22, 1995, bears the Clinton Correctional Facility stamp, and has the handwritten and return address in Tupac's hand, with his name and prison number "Tupac Shakur #95A1140" written by him at the top left. The letter and the envelope are handwritten and signed in blue ballpoint pen,. Tupac has also written in red ballpoint pen on the envelope, "*please Dont Bent picture enclosed*". The ;picture he is referring to is a 3.5 x 4.25 original color Polaroid photograph of Tupac taken in prison with a female friend named Najah that Tupac has signed and inscribed, "Keep Ya Head Up! Aug 12 Najah & 2PAC (Friend) 2 Darren Love 2PAC", written in blue and in red ink. The back of the photo is stamped "FUTURA ORGANIZATION". Also included in the envelope is a "Me Against The World" CD booklet that he has signed and inscribed twice, "2 Darren Thanx 4 Staying Down Love 2PAC" and "2 Darren Keep Ya Head Up 2Pac", both in blue ballpoint pen. An incredible collection of Tupac handwritten inscriptions, letter and signatures. Very good condition.
