These are Tupac Shakur’s controversial “Makaveli” liner notes that he write in black ballpoint pen on lined paper, signing his name“2Pac” at the bottom. The album for which these liner notes were written, “The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory” (commonly shortened to “The 7 Day Theory or Makaveli”) was released by Death Row Records, 8 weeks after Tupac’s death. The liner notes are eerily prescient as they foretell his death and name names of those responsible. He also says very controversial things about Dr. Dre, calling him a "closest (closet) homo", De la Soul "4 being mad at me 4 living well while they live like fat washed up Bums", and calls out Jay Z , Lil Kim and others, ending it with "WAR TIME, Worldwide, Nationwide, city wide. Real Niggaz Do Real Things. Exit 2PAC, Enter Makaveli." Tupac uses the name “Makaveli. a pseudonym derived from the Italian politician Niccolo Machiavelli, who faked his own death and reappeared seven days later to take revenge on his enemies. Handwritten in black ballpoint pen on lined paper measuring 8x10.5. These handwritten liner notes came from the personal collection of a very close family friend of Tupac's. Very good condition. Comes with a letter of provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
