The party is celebrating his “Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z” album going platinum, and also a coming out party for his own record label, “Out Da Gutta” records.
In the instructions, Tupac writes what food he wants, what he wants people to wear, the time of the party and even includes how he wants male and female strippers.
As Tupac described, this party will be “The Safest, Happiest, Most Erotic & Fun Party of the Year!!!”.
