Tupac Shakur has written 12 verses on this sheet of lined notebook paper for his song “My Block” with a ballpoint pen. The song was recorded in 1994 and was officially released on 1995’s The Show OST. “My Block” was later remixed for the 2002 posthumous album titled “Better Dayz” produced by Nitty and featured additional vocals from Tyrese in place of Richie Rich who was featured on the original.

The song expresses Tupac Shakur’s hard childhood and how “his block” was filled with drugs and murder.
