This olive green Alan Stuart tracksuit was worn by the character Paulie Walnuts portrayed by actor Tony Sirico in the award winning HBO series "The Sopranos" This item was seen in the episode, "Mergers and Acquisitions" (Season 4, Episode 8) when Paulie visits his mother Nucci. On the waistband and collar is the label “Alan Stuart,” and this item comes attached with the original costumer’s tags from production “PAULIE S408 P407 CH#4” and “THE SOPRANOS” stamped in black ink on the verso. (An additional “Alan Stuart” long sleeve velour shirt is included but was not screen worn.) Mr. Sirico can be seen wearing this costume during the scene where he visits Nucci at the Green Grove Retirement Home and they discuss her difficulty fitting in with the other female retirees. After learning that the head of their clique “Cookie” is a matron of the neighborhood, Paulie begins leveraging pressure on her son to intercede, eventually sending a couple members of the Sopranos crew to "persuade" him to take Paulie's wishes more seriously. The garments are in excellent screen worn condition and are accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the Golden Closet as well as a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity and a photo of Sirico wearing the tracksuit. Presented by The Golden Closet, your premier source for screen used wardrobe, props, and music entertainment memorabilia.
