The Jacksons Original Promotional Backpack Bag.
Offered here is an original, vintage Jacksons promotional backpack bag that was issued by Epic Records and CBS Special Markets. This promotional bag was originally sold in the famed 2007 Jackson's Auction held by Guernsey's. The bag is square, and has a flap that goes over to close it, with two holes and attached strings to go through the holes to support the closure of the bag. It has "backpack" straps on the back so it could be worn on one's back. The front of the bag says "The Jacksons, Michael, Jackie, Tito, Marlon & Randy in white lettering and the Epic Records and CBS Special Markets logos, all in white. The material of the bag appears to be blue denim.
Provenance: This rare promotional items came from one of the biggest sales of Jackson memorabilia: "The Jacksons Auction" held by Guernsey's on May 30th and 31st, 2007. The belongings were originally requisitioned from a storage facility after the Jackson family failed to pay a bill for the space.
Dimensions: Approximately 13 in x 15.5 in, flat.
Condition: Very good.
Authentication: The bag has the original Guernsey's "Jacksons" auction tag with the number 466, most likely indicated the lot number. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
