The Beatles and Pete Best 1962 Signed Albert Marrion Photograph .

A vintage black and white photograph of The Beatles that has been autographed on the reverse by the group in ballpoint pen. John Lennon has added the words ‘love from’ before his name and two kiss symbols ‘xx’ after it, George Harrison has added the inscription ‘Love to whom this may concern’ above his name, Paul McCartney has added the word ‘from’ before his name and three kiss symbols ‘xxx’ after it, Pete Best has added the words ‘Lots of Love from’ above his name and three kiss symbols ‘xxx’ below it.

The image of the group on the front of the photograph was taken at the photographic studio of Albert Marrion in Wallasey, Merseyside on 17th December 1961. This was the group’s first ever professional photo shoot and was paid for by Brian Epstein.

A few images from this photo session were used by The Beatles as early promotional photographs in the Merseyside area, the signatures on the photograph date to very early 1962.

The photograph measures approximately 20 cm x 25.5cm (7.5 x 9 inches). The condition is very good plus with minor restoration done.
