The highlight of the nearly 175 pages of documents relating to the 1966 North American tour is a set of copies of GAC letters from Bob Bonis (48-pages) to promoters in each city outlining every detail imaginable, from the time the Beatles' and their entourage arrive until their departure. An additional set of Bonis' extensive, handwritten notes (37 pages) pertaining to each tour stop on yellow legal paper. A 16-page file relating to the Shea Stadium concert includes a copy of the Wells Fargo armored car bill "Special Shipment To Shea Stadium...The Beatles" for $375. Also included are copies of master lists detailing contact information for promoters, transportation, and hotels; original travel agency itinerary, assorted correspondence relating to press, disc jockeys, security, equipment rentals, sound systems; GAC concert rider, telegrams, three Tony Barrow signed memos, and three original signed letters from San Francisco music critic Ralph Gleason.
