These signatures are found on a three-page (including cover document), measuring 8 x 12 in, and dated February 11, 1975.

This contract constitutes an 8-year agreement whereby Jackwill S.A. will promote Apple Corps Limited (Under the umbrella of which is Apple Records) throughout the world, excluding England and Eire, for the fee of £40,000 per year beginning on January 1, 1975.

Specifically, Jackwill S.A. will “…. Procure or provide such services for the purpose of promoting and exploiting the ACL commercial phonograph records produced by ACL for the benefit of ACL as ACL shall request throughout the world outside the United Kingdom and Eire…”

All four have signed this document, with John Lennon signing black ballpoint pen, while Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr have used blue ballpoint pen. Ringo has signed as “R. Starkey,”, his legal name as required on all documents. Additionally, R.D.A Willis has signed on behalf of Jackwill S.A. This is to date the last known Beatles record promotion document signed by all four members of the band.
