Each stock is signed by each Beatles member, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and George Harrison in vintage ballpoint pen and felt tip pen.

NEMS Enterprises, formed by Brian Epstein to direct the Beatles' careers, was derived from the first letters of North End Music Stores, which was the name of the Epstein family's Liverpool record shops. It was Cavern disc jockey and local promoter Bob Wooler who christened Brian Epstein as "Nemporer;" the name eventually adopted by Epstein as the name of one of his numerous enterprises.
