We are offering what is described as a once in a decade Beatles offering! You now have the chance to acquire two suits worn by the world’s most famous songwriting duo that has ever existed. Paul McCartney and John Lennon were without question back then and even today the most diverse and creative team to ever enter rock’n’roll and the two platinum standard names to come out of the music industry.

These two early Beatles 60’s era suits were worn by Lennon and McCartney when they did publicity tours or interviews on different talk shows back in the early days of The Beatles existence. These suits were then donated to Madame Tussaud’s wax museum in the United Kingdom, assumingly it was part of the complete group of four with George Harrison and Ringo Starr. You can even see remnants of the shirt tail being tucked into the pants and rubbing against the wax statue. For the record, whenever Madam Tussauds needed Beatles suits for a new opening of their wax museums around the world, it was Brian Epstein they always contacted Since Brian Epstein, the Beatles manager passed away in 1967 and looking at the mid-century modern design of FerraFoam tag in the lined suit jackets it just screams 1962-1965 era. One should also note that if the stage worn clothing of The Beatles did not originate from Madame Tussauds wax museum it better have excellent provenance to show that it is 100% legitimate..

Once the suits left the museum, they were then put on display at Elstree TV studios in London. Identical suits also appeared on several very famous national television programs in the UK including "This Morning with Richard & Judy" also "Schofield's Quest with Philip Schofield" and several others. From there, they ended up in the hands of a Private Collector. The previous owner is one of the largest memorabilia collectors in the UK and was the chief organizer of the British Memorabilia Live shows every year at the National Exhibition Centre in the UK..

Do not forget to take advantage of this extremely rare offering. If these were stage worn suits and not publicity touring suits you would be looking into the $150,000 range or more for the pair.

Authentication: Letter of provenance and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
