Presented here is a fully signed copy of The Beatles penultimate album "Abbey Road", considered by many to be their magnum opus. There are so many things that make this item a crown jewel of any Beatles album, but perhaps what is most important is just how hard this is to come by. While 1970's "Let It Be" was The Beatles last album released, "Abbey Road" was their last album ever recorded. What makes that distinction so important is that it was nearly impossible to get each of the Fab Four together to sign the same copy if the LP once it was released. This is actually just the fifth ever fully signed copy of the album to surface for a public sale. As an album, "Abbey Road" is truly timeless. From it's iconic covert art of George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and John Lennon walking across the street with Abbey Road studios behind them to the countless hits that make up the 17-track album, "Abbey Road" is The Beatles at their best. This album will surely become the centerpiece of any collector that it ends up with. This album is signed by Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr in vintage ballpoint pen. Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison have all inscribed the album to "Ellen". The signatures are vintage, and date back to 1969. Ellen, a superfan of the Beatles, got this signed in person by each individual person on a different date. More importantly, there are photographs of George Harrison signing the album on October 24th, 1969. The lot also comes with these original polaroids. A one-of-a-kind item that is a must-have for any Beatles collector. Very Good condition. Comes with a Frank Caiazzo Letter of Authenticity as well as a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
