The Beatles Band Signed Cut With Several Locks of All of Their Hair!

Rare band-signed set of 1965 Beatles autographs, signed in San Francisco during the last stop on their 10 city 1965 US concert tour on August 31. The Beatles signed with their full signatures, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Star, on an eight by 4-inch section of a KGO-TV camera caption sheet. KGO is ABC's San Francisco affiliate, ABC7.

The original owner who obtained the signatures got locks of hair of each of the four Beatles, which have been stapled on the signatures with cellophane.

The original owner had the set authenticated by PSA/DNA and encapsulated by them for protection. Beatles autographs signed in the US are especially rare. Roughly 85% or more of Beatles band-signed autographs were signed in the UK in 1963 and late 1962. A few were signed in the US because they were only there for short periods, mostly in 1964. They signed even fewer autographs in 1965 and 1966. Beatles' autographs are carefully studied. These autographs can be identified as mid-1965 by their signature characteristics. The Beatles arrived in San Francisco from Los Angeles on the morning of August 31 and had 2 p.m. and evening performances at the Cow Palace that day. They held a news conference between the two concerts. KGO covered the news conference, and there's a video on their ABC7 website.
These autographs were signed at that conference, as the Beatles flew back to Los Angeles the next morning and home to London that evening. This is the first time this set has been offered in the Beatles Marketplace.

With the additions of the hair, this is a truly one-of-a-kind item.

Authentication: PSA/DNA Encapsulated and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
