A complete set of six Abbey Road out take photographs which were taken and produced by Iain Macmillan from the original negatives in the late 1980’s.

Macmillan produced these sets in limited numbers and has signed FRAME 6 in the series. When these prints were sold as sets Macmillan only ever signed one of the prints.

Taken by the photographer of the ‘Abbey Road’ LP sleeve, Iain McMillan these are authentic photographic prints developed from the original negatives. The photo shoot took place on 8th August 1969 outside EMI Studios, Abbey Road, London, England. MacMillan was given just ten minutes to get the perfect shot for the iconic sleeve, he took a total of six frames on the now famous zebra crossing. FRAME 5 was used for the album sleeve. This set consists of FRAME 1, FRAME 2, FRAME 3, FRAME 4 and FRAME 6 (signed on the left side of the zebra crossing in black pen) and this set includes the image that Macmillan shot for the back cover of the album. The prints were given to the previous owner by Iain Macmillan in the late 1980s. Printed on FUJICHROME photographic paper.

Dimensions: Each print measures 20.2cm x 22cm (8 inches x 8.7 inches). Each mount measures 38cm x 38cm (15 inches x 15 inches).

Condition: Excellent.

Authentication: Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
