The photograph is signed by Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz, Adam "MCA" Yauch, and Michael "Mike D" Diamond in a black felt tip pen. MCA has inscribed the photograph “To Geno”, Mike D has inscribed the photograph along with including drawings, and finally Ad-Rock has inscribed the photograph and written “Is now… Is wow… is well now” on the bottom of the photograph.
