This is The Who's original "Premier" bass drum skin used by drummer Keith Moon while performing at the historic three day Woodstock music festival on August 16, 1969. Keith also used it at various other Who concerts including the one on November 7, 1969 at the Convocation Center in Athens, Ohio at Ohio University. After this concert at Ohio University Keith gave the drum skin to Courtney Johns who was the drummer in the opening act that night, The Silk. Keith gave him the drum skin because it had a crack in the rim. The drum skin comes with a letter of provenance from Courtney Johns as well as concert photos from Woodstock. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
