Surgeon George P. Coopernail Historic Document / Ticket Archive.
An interesting historic archive from surgeon George P. Coopernail (1876-1964) consisting of numerous artifacts of his estate chronicling his career in medicine. Artifacts include several cards from Albany Medical College (Chemistry Lab Ticket, 1896/97 Dissecting Ticket, 1897-98 Lab Course Pathological Anatomy; 1897 & 1899 Lecture Certification Cards; 1899-1900 Matriculation Ticket); a program from the Fifth Convocation of the American College of Surgeons (The Bellevue-Stratford, Philadelphia, October 27, 1916), two 3.5 X 5 photographs including one identified as Dr. Coopernail; three cards related to is membership in the Association of the US Army Medical Reserve Corps; four items of letter correspondence including a letter from Coopernail to NY Governor Rockefeller and a complimentary letter to Coopernail from US Congressman J. William Fulbright. Several other items are included as well such as eight motor vehicle registration card. Archive may warrant additional study and research.
