Stephen King, noted author of horror, supernatural fiction, science fiction., suspense, crime and fantasy novels; signs his 1984 letter typed from his home in Bangor, Maine on the subject of his inception novel to his eventual book series “The Dark Tower.” King comments “…Because of all the requests for, and questions about The dark Tower, I have given the go ahead to print another 10,000 copies… (and) The Dark Tower was done as a limited edition…a fantasy novel set in a fantasy world, and it is really only the long opening section of a much longer work that is still in progress. I am only telling you this because the story may not be exactly what you have come to expect from me.” An introspective letter that introduces the recipient to King’s expanding genres. 8.5 X 11.
