Sly Stone Ed Sullivan Show and Rolling Stone Magazine Worn Custom Black and Gold Fringed Vest.

Sly Stone, the leader and front man for Sly and the Family Stone, wore this custom black and gold vest, with gold fringe when the band performed on the Ed Sullivan Show, and he also appears in Rolling Stone Magazine wearing the vest. Sly is pictured here wearing the vest on The Ed Sullivan Show on March 23, 1969 when the band was performing "Love City." He is also shown here on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine in 1970, The vest bears the Diego New York label on the inside, with "SLY" printed on the label. This vest was custom made specifically for Sly to perform in.

Condition: Very good, vintage stage worn condition.
