Offered here is a page from Slash's personal notebook, which is two-sided. The first side has the words “PLEASE WAKE ME UP" highlighted and signed by Slash, with a ballpoint pen. There are also several phone numbers as well as drawings on the page.

On the reverse, there are 12 verses of handwritten lyrics for a song which is unreleased to our knowledge.
