Rony Seikaly was a standout center at Syracuse University who was selected by the Miami Heat with the ninth overall pick in the 1988 NBA Draft. Standing 6’ 11'' tall, Seikaly was a consistent rebounder (9.5 per game) and inside scorer (14.7 per game) through 11 seasons in the NBA. After six seasons in Miami and two with Golden State, Seiklay made the move to Orlando for the 1996-97 and 1997-98 campaigns. In fact, he tallied his highest scoring average during his first season with the Magic by averaging 17.5 points per game. This lot features his circa 1996-97 Orlando Magic home jersey.

The white mesh jersey with black and royal blue trim on the collar and arm openings reads "Magic" in blue and white sublimation with a pair of sewn on silver on black tackle twill stars incorporated. The official embroidered in gold NBA logoman patch sits on the jersey's upper left chest and his uniform number “4” appears on the front in black tackle twill outlined in royal blue. A Champion manufacturer's tag (size “XL”) is sewn on the jersey's front left tail adjacent to a Champion "DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR ORLANDO MAGIC BODY LENGTH +3" tag. The back shows “SEIKALY” sewn in royal blue tackle twill letters with his uniform number “4” appearing again in black tackle twill outlined in royal blue below his name. Seikaly has signed the back of the jersey in fine point black marker below and to the right of the top of the number “4” and added his uniform number (“4”) after the autograph.

This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows usage.
