Hillel Slovak (1962-1988) was an Israeli musician best known as the Founding Guitarist of the Los Angeles-based rock band "Red Hot Chili Peppers". Slovak recorded two albums with the band, "Freaky Styley" and "The Uplift Mofo Party Plan" before his passing. This is an actual page from Slovak's personal diary, a hand-drawn sketch titled 'Trip Through Hell', signed and dated by the artist Dec. 17, 1975.
