Queen Freddie Mercury Stage Used Tambourine in St Paul, Minnesota (3/3/1976)
Offered here is an iconic piece of Queen memorabilia, one of Freddie Mercury’s personal tambourines that he used on stage during his iconic 3/3/1976 concert in the St Paul Civic Center.
This concert was a part of Queen’s legendary “A Night At The Opera” tour, which spanned from 11/14/1975 until 9/18/1976.
Freddie was known for playing the tambourine at concerts and then throwing them to the audience, which is exactly what happened.
The consignor of this lot attended the show and caught the tambourine at the end of the performance.
A green label affixed “New Era” can be seen on the edge of the Tambourine.
Used condition.
