Queen Freddie Mercury Stage Used Tambourine from Iconic Madison Square Garden 11/17/1978 Concert.

Offered here is an iconic piece of Queen memorabilia, one of Freddie Mercury’s personal tambourines that he used on stage during his iconic 11/17/1978 concert in Madison Square Garden.

This concert was a part of Queen’s legendary “Jazz” tour, which spanned from 10/28/1978 until 8/18/1979.

Freddie was known for playing the tambourine at concerts and then throwing them to the audience, which is exactly what happened.

The consignor of this lot attended the show and caught the tambourine at the end of the performance.

A green label affixed “New Era” can be seen on the edge of the Tambourine.

Used condition.

Authentication: Letter of Provenance and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
