This license allows Prince to drive home to work as required, and return only Monday Through Saturday from 1PM to 11 PM.
The license is filled out with Prince’s personal info, including Birth Date, Height, Weight, Address and more, all filled out in pencil by an unknown hand.
Prince has signed the bottom right of the document in a red felt tip pen.
