Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States who led the country through its World War I efforts, has signed this document dated December 24, 1917 appointing a Notary Public in black fountain pen. Wilson’s efforts to promote peace through his idea for The League of Nations led to Wilson being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1920. Framed 21 X 17. Very good condition.
