Paul McCartney has made a hand drawn sketch to this page that was taken from a City and County Borough of Liverpool Town and Country Planning Act 1947 Development Plan that Paul had used to sketch in, c. 1957. This page features a fabulous "Elvis" drawing, done with pencil and red colored marker. The reverse side lists building and reconstruction projects, including Playing Fields and Nursery Schools. 13 x 8 inches. In fine condition. With letter of authenticity from Frank Caiazzo.
