Paul McCartney Signed and Filled Out International Smallpox Vaccination Certificate.
Paul McCartney has signed this international smallpox vaccination certificate in blue ballpoint pen. He has handwritten his name, dates of birth and sex as well, "McCartney, J.P., 18/6/2, M." The certificate is stamp-dated May 1968, on the back and it is for a revaccination that he probably needed in order to travel. Issued by the UK Ministry of Health, London. It is also signed by the person who administered the vaccination and is stamped by Air Corporations Joint London Medical Service, also on the back.

Condition: Vintage Good. McCartney handwriting and signature are clear and bold.
