Offered here is a CD insert for “Smells Like Teen Spirit", signed on the inside by Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic in a blue ballpoint pen.

Kurt Cobain wrote, “Good to meet you, work our record to the best of your ability and we will do the same, take care chow Kurdt" and Dave Grohl wrote several cities in Italy.

This item was signed on 11/17/1991 after a concert in Bloom, Italy.
