A lot of six autographs of individuals involved with the NASA space program includes four signature cuts (3.75 X 3.25 – 5 X 4.5) and two signed 8 X 10 photographs as follows: astronaut Gene Cernan (personalized) who during Apollo 17 became the eleventh man to walk on the moon; Rocco Petrone inscribed as Assistant Director for Program Management John F. Kennedy Space Center NASA; M. O. Thompson - (Milton Thompson) / personalized and notated “NASA” one of the research pilots who flew the X-15 rocket powered aircraft between 1959-1968; Christopher C. Kraft, Jr. (personalized) NASA engineer; Charles A. Berry M.D. brief handwritten note from Berry who was the Director of Life Sciences at NASA; signed NASA photograph of Dr. Thomas Paine inscribed “NASA” and backstamped from NASA on verso, and a photograph signed on the verso by Ernst Stuhlinger, Chief of Research Army Ballistic Missile Agency (light crease). Good condition. This lot comes from the extensive personal collection of a life-long collector of Historical, Entertainment and Sports artifacts and memorabilia. The collector has amassed a virtually unmatched collection that is one of the largest we have ever seen.
