Sports legends Mickey Mantle (New York Yankees) and Joe Namath (New York Jets) are seen here in a 1969 press conference announcing their joint business venture, "Mantle Men & Namath Girls, Inc." in this 9 x 7 black and white original wire photograph. An article clipping is attached on the verso as well as the UPI stamped photo credit and date, "22 AUG 1969." The duo's company motto was, "Our people are pros, just like us." Good condition with a few signs of visible wear. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
