Actor Marlon Brando has signed this "Waiver of Notice and Consent to Holding of Special Meeting of Board of Director of Colony Productions Inc,, dated February 17, 1969. This documents was a consent by the signors for a meeting on the same day. Marlon Brando has signed thie document in black ballpoint pen, and the other signees Marvin Meyer and Allen Susman have also signed the document.
Brando, who was an American actor and activist is widely considered one of the greatest and most influential actors of all time,[he received numerous accolades throughout his career, which spanned six decades, including two Academy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, one Cannes Film Festival Award, and three British Academy Film Awards. Brando is credited with being one of the first actors to bring the Stanislavski system of acting and method acting to mainstream audiences.

Conditin: Overall very good with some creasing and a few black smudges (smudges not near the signatures), and a tear at the top left corner and a few pinprick staple holes in the same corner.
