This is Madonna's personally owned checkbook with her name "Madonna Ciccone" printed on it. There is a small note with Madonna's handwriting where she has written the amounts and the name of the person the checks were made to for three checks that had already been written. The checkbook and note comes from Darlene Lutz, Madonna's former art advisor. Very good condition. Sold as is. Comes with a letter of provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
