Led Zeppelin brough its unprecedented sound-light spectacle to the Spectrum in Philadelphia, PA on February 8th, 1975. The Saturday night was an overwhelming sell-out, with over 20,000 in attendance for this iconic three hour “heavy-metal” rock and roll performance. By the end of the night, Bonham broke his sticks and threw them on the stage. This stick was picked up by a friend of the band backstage. He wrote the date of the concert as well as taping the “Led Zeppelin” logo on the stick. This is a very rare Dino Danellis Ludwig 2A stick which was used during the early part of Bonzo’s career, before switching to Promuco. An incredible piece of Led Zeppelin history. Comes with a Letter of Provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
