Talk about KISStory, this is the ultimate piece for any KISS fan. This is the original songwriter’s agreement for each member of KISS, with Bill Aucoins company Rock Steady Inc. Each member of KISS, Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Peter Criss and Ace Frehley have signed these contracts in ballpoint pen, with each member signing with their legal name. Gene Simmons as Gene Klein, Paul Stanley as Stanley Eisen, Peter Criss as Peter Criscoula and Ace Frehley as Paul Frehley. Bill Aucoin has signed each contract as well. These are four separate 7 page contracts, that are created for each individual band member. They are so old, that Bill Aucoin was just changing his company from Direction Plus to Rock Steady Inc, which is why he pasted Rock Steady Inc on each of the agreements. Seriously, this is one of the most important documents of KISS to ever surface and it is a miracle it has survived until today. A must-have for any serious KISS collector. Each contract measures 8.5 x 14.5. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
