Elvis Presley's used Sheraton Hotel glass. Elvis used the glass when he stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in South Portland, Maine in the late 1970's where he performed some shows. The glass originally came from the personal collection of a maid at the hotel who was working there at the time. According to the maid, whose name was Mary, she got to meet Elvis a few days and have her picture taken with him when he was a guest at the hotel. She also serviced and cleaned his room after he checked out. Because she was a huge Elvis fan she kept a few souvenirs. Included in these souvenirs was clear glass that Elvis had used and left by his bed. After Mary passed away, her family inherited it. This glass comes with a letter of authenticity from antique dealer and appraiser Jay Baxter who has worked in the field for the past 20 years and is a graduate of CAGA. He appraised and authenticated the collection owned by Mary's family, including this glass that he purchased from them. Her family only wanted her first time "Mary" to be used in the authentication letter for privacy reasons. Very good vintage condition. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
