Madonna's "Like a Virgin" Tour Stage Worn Wedding Gown

One of several dresses that Andre Van Pier designed for the “Like a Virgin” tour. This lined brocade satin wedding gown had Elizabethan style shoulders with sleeves that taper at the wrist with a zipper closure. Slight drop waist, piping in bodice seams and tasteful beading throughout, including the permanently attached large bow in rear. Tulie underlining, open back with zipper beneath. Back of gown approximately 18 inch. Longer than front hem. Andre Van Pierre label inside. The dress comes directly from the collection of Andre Van Pier, who made all of Madonna’s wedding dresses for the “Like a Virgin” tour. Madonna can be seen wearing a very similar dress during the tour. A fantastic lot for Madonna collectors. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Andre Van Pier and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
