A Jackson family owned original lawsuit document dated October 3, 1994 naming Michael, Janet, Jermaine, Jackie, Randy, Tito, Joseph, Katherine, Rebbie and Marlon, among others, as plaintiffs in what appears to be a response regarding a civila auction suit. The multi-page original document is accompanied by then original envelope addressed to Randy Jackson at the Jackson's Hayvenhurst home. Very good condition. From the Bankruptcy Auction of Jackson Family Memorabilia, comes with a letter from the sale and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
