Kurt Cobain signed this "Incesticide" CD cover in black pen. Cobain was one of the most influential figures of the 1990s and is often cited as the voice of Generation X. Cobain and Nirvana changed the course of music history after their 1991 album, "Nevermind" became the biggest album of the year. That album is responsible for popularizing the "Grunge" genre that was so pervasive in the 1990s. Cobain signed this "Incesticide" CD cover, which is a compilation album. It consists of Nirvana's 1990 non-album single "Sliver", B-sides, demos, outtakes, cover versions, and radio broadcast recordings. Kurt Cobain agreed to the release of this compilation because he was allowed complete control over the album's artwork, which he drew himself. Measures 4.75 x 4.75. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity
