Offered here is the actual Kramer guitar neck that was stage used by Eddie Van Halen during his 1983/1984 tour. The neck was given to production crew member Larry Cohen, who has worked in the music industry for over 30 years. Per Larry, “This is the guitar neck that Eddie Van Halen gave me while I was on the production crew from 12/23/1983 - 11/1984. He was hitting plastic golf balls with it. He told me he liked the maple wood necks rather than the rosewood and that this neck came directly from one of his Kramer guitars. I asked him for the neck and he gave it to me. Afterwards, I had it assembled by Wayne Charvel into a really nice dialed guitar. Over the years it has become wall art”. The serial number is C3037. An incredibly rare piece, with an actual neck from one of Eddie Van Halen’s vintage Kramer guitars from the early 1980s, with all original parts from Wayne Charvel for the body of the guitar. You could consider this to be a “Frankenstein” guitar which is fitting. A must-have for any serious Eddie Van Halen collector. Comes with a Letter of Provenance from Larry Cohen and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
