Offered here is an incredible Fender 72 Telecaster Custom guitar, Black with a maple neck.
Provenance: From the Jim Callaghan Collection
Callaghan worked for the Rolling Stones for a number of years and was on the security team. During the 1990 Urban Jungle Tour, Keith Richards gifted this guitar to Jim Callaghan.
Accompanying the guitar is a crew jacket from the tour, 2 crew shirts, a tour itinerary, various passes and a guitar strap that was also used by Keith Richards.
Keith Richards is known for playing a similar model guitar, with numerous pictures showing Richards playing an identical guitar to this. The picture shown in the lot is not this guitar, but an identical guitar.
Richards guitars never come up for sale, making this a true specimen for any serious collector.
