The artwork and layout for the flyer was designed by Ace -- The flyer is printed except for the handwritten by Ace portion of 124 B'D (short for Broadway) -- Measures 11" x 8.5" -- has three vertical fold lines -- VG/EX condition -- formerly owned by Ace Frehley -- An absolute insane piece!!!
