From the Sam Phillips Sun Records Collection. Johnny Cash has signed his name "John R. Cash" in his endorsement on the back of this August 7, 1957 check from Hi Lo Music in Memphis. The check is made out to "John R. Cash" and is also signed by Sam Phillips, on the front. Cash has signed in black ink and Phillips has signed in blue ballpoint pen. Good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
